Week 5- Stir Fry Recipe
Made this stir fry last week and it was delicious!
Recipe:
-1lb ground turkey
-1 cup shredded carrots
-2 cups of shredded cabbage
- Bunch of green onions chopped
-4 garlic cloves diced
- 1 tbsp of ginger
-2 tbsp of coconut aminos
- 2 tsp maple syrup
-2 tbsp of olive oil
-1 tsp of rosemary
-2 tsp salt
-1 tsp of thyme
Directions:
Cook the ground turkey first with the seasonings on the stove up. Then add the spices and vegetables until cooked down on medium. Add the olive oil, maple syrup, and coconut aminos. Then put a lid on and cook on low for about 20 minutes.
Serve over some white rice and enjoy!
