🌿 Healing in Bloom
Affirmation : I allow my feelings to exist without judgment.
Whatever shows up today is allowed. You don’t need to name it, fix it, or make sense of it. Simply letting your feelings breathe is enough.
Affirmation: I choose gentleness toward myself.
Gentleness can be as simple as pausing, breathing, or not asking too much of yourself today.
Affimation: I honor my grief without trying to fix it.
Grief isn’t a problem to solve. It’s something to sit beside with care and respect.
