Every coach defines success differently. Some want wins. Some want player development. Some want kids who love the season. This is for youth baseball coaches building a successful team, and for parents helping build a successful player.
Former Division I player. Coaching ages 8 to 22. This is the stuff I actually use, written so somebody with no baseball background can run it.
In there now: Coaching Philosophy, twenty lessons on what your job actually is. Pitching, six lessons, the delivery phase by phase plus the fixes. Practice plan template, drill library, team standards pack. Plus a feed where you can ask about your own kid and get a real answer.
Twenty bucks a month. Cancel whenever, no contract.
Not for you if you already have something that works and you know it's working. Keep running it.
