Are you wearing a watch or glasses? check once! Can you feel your watch on your wrist? your attention notices it instantly. right! The watch didn’t appear just then. Awareness simply shifted toward something already present. This is often the idea I use in meditation and mindfulness. Things that are always available are often overlooked because the mind chases what changes, surprises, or demands attention. So what I want to say is: The most essential things can become invisible, not because they are absent, but because they are constant. Check for yourself and let me know your experience 🙂
