So "WHO'S IN!?" Simply follow along: ————— 🌟 Day 5 - WE MADE IT! So "WHO'S IN!?" Simply follow along: ————— 🌟 Day 4 - What's one long-term water drinking goal that you have? (Share below) Here are some ideas: -taking a sip of water by your bed before getting up each morning -finishing a measured water jug a day -drinking water with a lemon or slice of fruit to keep it fun and refreshing -a glass of water with each meal (Pro Tip: If you're having a difficult time remembering to drink water consider downloading a water drinking App on your phone)
