Screen Ruler

I don't get why the first bottom marker is further out from the left side of the screen than the top one. Will see if I have time to fix it today (that is if I even find the cause).

This exercise was annoying as hell but great for applying knowledge.

ALSO: codepen keeps placing two large markers less than 10 marks apart but only sometimes, and at seemingly random points. Resizing and then refreshing changes this behaviour and I have no clue wtf is going on there. Sometimes it doesn't even happen.
