HTML and CSS layout struggles

Hey everyone, ive been struggling a lot with structuring HTML and CSS layouts. I feel like I spend most of my time stuck on what should be the simplest layout issues, and its really slowing me down. Has anyone else felt like this? What have you done to practice or push through these kinds of ruts? Any tips, resources, or routines that helped you improve would be super appreciated!
