Here, we focus on emotional healing, grounding, identity rebuilding, and creating a life that actually feels safe to live in. You don’t have to be “over it.” You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to be willing to be honest with yourself, and with this community. I created this space because I know what it feels like to grow up in silence, to carry pain alone, and to not have the tools I needed. This is for the version of you who deserves support, understanding, and a place to start again or for the first time.
