I just spent a week with Agile coaches and none are dealing with the change of emerging technologies in development and design. Are people seeing the same that companies are not adopting to these new technologies

I have noticed over the years that the people who came into design management fall into 3 catergories. 1) They have learned the skills to communicate design in business language 2) Have been forced to even though they like being in Figma 3) Have no option but to move up With 2 & 3 which I seen a lot of people lately, do you think it is our job to analyse if these people should be in this role after they have been established as a manager and make suggestions to org structures if they don't fit the criteria?

As more teams are cutting down design and development teams do you think DesignOps practitioners will be needed?
