Freeschooling Ecosystem is a free community for families exploring freeschooling, alternative home learning and village building beyond the confines of conventional education. It is the antithesis of replicating school at home, as we seek to dismantle power dynamics taught to us by colonised systems.
Rooted in the values of liberation, collective healing, community building and reindigenisation, this space supports us to untangle from fear, comparison and expectations. Together, we explore ways of nurturing curiosity, honouring diverse ways of learning and creating environments where children can thrive through relationship, play, real life experiences and meaningful contribution.
Whether you're just beginning your journey or have been walking this path for a while, we are striving to cultivate connection, inspiration and practical support as we reimagine education as a practice of freedom, belonging and collective care.
