I’ve been a little MIA the last few days 🤍 Stomach bug took me all the way out. And I’m sharing this for a reason… Even when you do everything right…eat well, move your body, manage stress…you are still human. Viruses don’t care about your supplement stack and your nervous system doesn’t care about your to-do list. Your body will ask for rest when it needs it and sometimes it doesn’t ask politely. Here’s your reminder this morning… ✨ Rest is not weakness. ✨ Slowing down is not falling behind. ✨ Healing is productive. If your body has been whispering lately…listen before it has to yell. For me, that meant… – Cancelling things – Sleeping more than usual, like all day – Letting go of guilt and giving myself grace – Hydrating like it’s my job Wellness isn’t about being on 24/7, it’s about knowing when to pause.
