Me and had the second call with a business owner making $35M in ARR. Chris is the owner. Stepped down as CEO and assigned himself the Chief Innovation Officer role, just to figure out AI implementation at scale across his departments and 115 employees.
His challenges have been about getting buy-in from employees and the need for a systematic, company-wide approach.
They tried anything:
- AI consultants
- AI Agencies
- Enterprise AI (Gemini, Salesforce, Claude, etc.)
But nothing works.
So we landed on a more ambitious, company-wide AI system that could monitor employee activity, automate tasks, and provide real-time insights and recommendations to leadership.
Basically a Big Brother but for his business.
Next step is planning out costs and technical details.
