Learning to Think in Constraints
Passed the GRAFTS exam.
The most useful shift wasn't learning new tools, it was learning how to think in conditions instead of tasks.
Identify the contraint, install the graft, then track until it holds on its own without intervention.
Simple framework. Only works with discipline.
