I’ve lived through it all! And I am here for anyone who just even needs to vent
I’ve lived through mental health struggles, addiction, recovery, relapse cycles, and the messy in-between that people don’t always talk about. I’m not here as a professional — I’m here as someone who’s been in it and is still choosing to stay.
If you’re struggling, feeling ashamed, overwhelmed, or like you’re behind in life — you’re not broken and you’re definitely not alone.
I use this space to share real experiences, things that helped me survive hard moments, and to support others who might need someone who actually understands.
