You’re invited to our first live transformation session!
Date: March 7th, Saturday
Time: [1pm ET / 12 noon CT / MT / 10am PT]
Duration: ~ 90 minutes
In this session, we will be guiding you through a "Somatic Release Breathwork Ceremony"
Somatic Breathwork helps you...
• Become aware of... and tangibly release... deep wounds + limiting beliefs
• Tap into elevated states of consciousness... for clarity, inspiration, and guidance
• Re-wire your nervous system... so it can function in a healthy, dynamic, and balanced way
How To Prepare:
- What's your intention?... (what would you like to receive from the session?) - healing, transformation, guidance, clarity, love, etc (Share your one word intention below in the comments)
- Create a comfortable space for yourself - you will be lying down for the ceremony
- Do not drink excessive amounts of caffeine or come with a full belly, but even if you do, it's not the end of the world my friend... come as you are
