St. Augustine Family Reunion Gathering

We are excited to come together again this September 11–13 for a weekend of rest, connection, fellowship, and quality time as a community and family.

Please keep in mind that this is not a structured event with a set itinerary.

There will be no formal classroom time like last year, nor will tickets be sold. The purpose is simply to reunite, relax, enjoy organic fun, and strengthen the bonds within our community in the beautiful and historic setting of St. Augustine, Florida.

Participation Commitment

To make this gathering successful, we need a firm commitment from everyone planning to attend, as arrangements and deposits must be made in advance.

Since there will be no tickets sold and the costs cannot fall solely on Minister Bee, a required donation of $250 per person will go toward shared group expenses, including:

• Airbnb accommodations for our group gathering space on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

• Daily snacks and hors d'oeuvres

• Entertainment

• Coordinated attire

• Shared activities and amenities

• Saturday night formal banquet

Please Note:

• All contributions are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend after committing, your contribution will be treated as a donation toward group expenses.

• The required contribution is $250 per attendee. For example, if you and your partner will both be attending, the total contribution would be $500.

• No “pop-ups.” Only those who have submitted their contribution may participate in group events and outings.

• You are not required to stay at the Airbnb; however, it is available as an accommodation option. Please have an active Airbnb account and respond to this post ASAP if you are interested in staying there.

• Please come with an open mind and an open heart. Have no expectations beyond fellowship, connection, and enjoying the experience together.

Last year was an incredible experience, and we look forward to creating even more memories this year. To those returning, we cannot wait to see you again. To those joining us for the first time, welcome home!

It may sound like a long time away, but we are only four months from the event. Arrangements must be finalized and adequate space secured for all attendees before prices continue to increase. Keep in mind that St. Augustine is a premier travel destination, and accommodations can sell out well in advance.

With this in mind, the deadline to submit your contribution is May 29th.
