For those struggling to get Postal supplies especially registered mail labels I can only say what works for me. Whenever these postal employees don't follow the DMM I contact their supervisor at Postal one. It is the headquarters in Kansas. Dont get the run around. Speak to them, they are there to help you, you just have to ask for it. They will create a ticket and solve the problem, most times right on the spot they will call the post office location on your behalf and educate them.
There should not be anyone restricting you from getting supplies from our bank. Running around from location to location is a waste of gas and time and no one is in business of wasting anything.
Get the persons name that is denying you, get their post masters name and call the top people right there on location and they will correct them. Since then I haven't had any problems with my post office. They work for us and are supposed to be providing us a service.
I'm only sharing what I know works for me. From the registered mail labels to making the deposit into the trust account at the counter they just don't know and need to be informed.
