Name Change
I received the finally piece of documentation from SLED for the name change petition. I’ve completed all the state documentation and put together my name change petition to include as an exhibit. I made it as simple as possible but wanted to ask are there any must haves to include in the petition. I’m going to include my trust so should I slide my deed poll in as an exhibit as well.
