2nd Package Mailed
The second package was mailed on Friday, January 2nd, the Sworn Affidavit and Opportunity for Cure. (I just remembered to post) NO Response from either of the three parties, which you know they cannot prove and therefore cannot respond 😊. I am now drafting the Notice of Default and Affidavit of Non-Response (I have to wait to mail this, but at least I'll just need to print, notorize and mail.)
My next steps Enforcement Affidavit, Fee Schedule, Credit Reporting Dispute, and Court-ready filing packet
