You’ve got to form habits and rituals in order to get 💩 done.
I take it a bit far to be fair..
Alongside doing my daily deal flow rhythms I also:
- Go to the gym at the exact same time
- Do the same workout, only changing up every 6 weeks
- Wear the EXACT same clothes
- Eat the EXACT same breakfast
The only thing I do different is I just try to be just a tiny bit better than last time.
1 more rep.
Just a tiny bit heavier.
Just one more outreach to a potential target.
And then I score my whole day!
If I get one point better than yesterday then it’s a good day.
