ON-LINE CLASS - ServeSafe Manager program in Michigan equips food service workers with the knowledge and certification required to meet state food safety regulations and protect public health. Participants gain hands-on understanding of safe food handling, time and temperature controls, allergen awareness, cleaning and sanitizing standards, and procedures to prevent cross-contamination—skills that directly reduce the risk of foodborne illness in commercial kitchens.
