How to switch inbetween RDLR and DLR guard (basic version)
In this class, I focus on the importance of hip switching when playing guard, and I examine how the interplay between RDLR and DLR can improve your off balancing ability and attacking sequences. I believe this concept is what separates decent guard players from exceptional ones.

A Wrestling Concept That Drastically Improved My Stand Up
Here, I cover a defensive concept I learned from Jason Nolf called sealing off. This is pretty simple, whenever someone gets behind you, in order for them to secure the position, they need to lock their hands and establish some type of grip. If you can move away, stay patient, and focus on keeping their hands unlocked, it becomes much easier to turn back in.

Q&A 3.0
Drop your BJJ questions in the comments. Try to make them as detailed as possible so I can give you a good answer. If you can’t phrase it in a sentence, don’t be afraid to make a video. I’ll either reply with text, or, if I find it interesting enough, I’ll make a video and post it.
The Best Sweeps From Single Leg X
in this video, I go through what I think are the best ways to sweep from single leg X. A lot of leg lockers are too hyper focused on only going for the leg lock, but if you can add the threat of coming up on top and getting the sweep, it makes your game a lot more unpredicatble My personal favourite is the reverse tripod sweep (which I cover at the end) because it feels the slickest to hit and is effortless when timed right.
