Every morning: 🚿 Take a cold shower for a few secondsor🧊 If you're advanced — try an ice bath Why are we doing this? Cold exposure can help you:⚡ wake up your body and mind🧠 build mental toughness🔥 improve discipline😊 boost mood and energy But the biggest benefit is this: You prove to yourself that you can do hard things. And that changes everything. Start small. Even 5–10 seconds of cold water at the end of your shower is enough for Day 1.
