Daughters of Recovery was created by Alyssa and Kristina, a mother daughter duo passionate about faith, healing, wellness, beauty, and recovery.

After walking through addiction, rebuilding, confidence struggles, and major life changes, we know what it feels like to have to start over.

Our goal is to create a safe space for women to heal, grow, rebuild confidence, and become healthier from the inside out.

Kristina brings beauty, confidence, and addiction recovery coaching.

Alyssa brings wellness, movement, fitness, massage, and recovery focused health support.

Together, we are here to remind women that healing is possible and it is never too late to rebuild your life.
