Sis… You Didn’t Lose Yourself — You Shut Down to Survive.! 💛🔥
Sis… life didn’t just “wear you out.”It buried you.
The stress.
The trauma.
The heartbreak.
The pressure to be everything for everyone.
The silent suffering that nobody saw.
The expectations that never stopped.
And somewhere between the praying, the holding-on, the overthinking, the shutting-down, and the surviving…
You disappeared.
But hear me clearly:
You didn’t lose yourself ... you protected yourself.
You buried the parts of you that couldn’t survive what you were living through.And God never stopped watching over those parts.
The Message version of Psalm 1 says:
“You are a tree replanted in Eden…bearing fresh fruit every month…never dropping a leaf…always in blossom.”
Sis… that means you’re not dying ...you’re being replanted.
Not discarded.Not overlooked.Not abandoned.Not behind.
REPLANTED.
In identity.
In a place where you can grow again.
