Hi everyone, great to meet you all! I’m Merve Deniz. My background isn’t in data engineering, but I work on Growth & Partnerships at Masthead Data; it's a platform focused on data observability and cost management on BigQuery. We recently hosted a webinar on metadata use on Google Cloud Platform, where we walked through topics like cost visibility, pipeline reliability, and AI readiness. If you’re working with GCP or planning to ramp up there, it could be a useful watch. Here’s the replay:https://www.linkedin.com/events/7391541243450654720/ I’m excited to learn from the discussions in this community and contribute where I can.Looking forward to connecting! Merve

I am a Digital Health & Analytics professional with a strong track record of transforming hospital operations through data-driven, patient-centered innovation. Over the past several years, I have led enterprise projects that improved patient experience, strengthened data governance, enhanced operational efficiency, and enabled leadership to make real-time, informed decisions. Turning Data into Decisions, and Decisions into Growth for faster business growth backed by a data strategy. I work at the intersection of Data, AI, and Business, helping organizations unlock the true power of their data to drive transformation. My work has been recognized internationally: ✔ My Patient Experience AI project was accepted by the Joint Commission International’s Leading Practices Library ✔ Designed enterprise reporting systems that provide CEO- and Board-level insights ✔ Built a complete data governance framework aligned with the HIMSS AMAM maturity model ✔ Automated multiple hospital processes (PPM, feedback, reporting, quality monitoring) to achieve efficiency, cost savings, and carbon reduction I specialize in: • Digital Health Transformation • AI-driven Patient Experience • Healthcare Analytics & BI Architecture • Data Governance & AMAM Maturity • Enterprise Reporting Systems • Quality, Patient Safety & JCI-aligned systems • Real-time operational dashboards • Multi-source data integration (EMR, Oracle, SQL, Sheets) • Predictive analytics and clinical/non-clinical workflows What drives me is the belief that better data leads to better care, and every patient, clinician, and administrator benefits when hospitals operate with clarity, transparency, and insight. I am currently focused on building digital health ecosystems, integrating AI and automation into patient journeys, and supporting hospitals in their transformation toward smarter, safer, and more human-centered care.

Intro
Hi everyone! I’m Anik Naskar, a Data Engineer based in Queretaro, Mexico. I have a background in Azure and GCP, with a specific focus on Data Governance within Data Mesh architectures. I’ve spent the last few years implementing Unity Catalog, automated audit trails, and complex access control management (RLS/CLS) for enterprise clients like PwC. Excited to be part of the community! My recent work involves integrating Microsoft Purview with Databricks Unity Catalog to create a unified data map. I’ve automated lineage extraction to trace data flow from ADF pipelines down to specific columns in Databricks, ensuring we have a real-time view of our data estate for compliance audits. This has been key in enforcing our data mesh principles by linking business glossary terms directly to our technical assets.
