Hello! My name is Tiago & it is great to be here.

I’m a Fractional Project Manager & GDPR Compliance Expert based in London, UK, supporting small & scaling businesses who feel overwhelmed by compliance, governance and projects in general.

I run Structured PM Ltd, where I help businesses:

Deliver governance projects with clarity and structure.

I’m PMP-certified, have led cross-industry projects for over a decade, and previously managed large cultural events and startup operations. My GDPR compliance service is delivered using Project Management principles to ensure it stays on budget, on time and within scope.

Beyond work, you’ll usually find me travelling, playing volleyball, cycling, or exploring new cafés around London.
