WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU.
This is one of the most simple but tricky interview questions you will get, your answer to this question may be the difference between you getting hired or not. This is an opportunity to sell yourself, your qualification, your work experience and data analytics skills.
You should hire me for several reason –
- Because I am passionate about what I do and take my job seriously and good time
- Because I have the qualification, qualities and skills in data analytics which meets the requirement of the job description.
- I am a team player and a fast learner, and I need minimal supervision to do my job.
- I am a high achiever, for example I have worked on projects with different teams and my impact has contributed to success of the project. I was often praise by my supervisor for my strong work ethics, my flexibility and my attention to detail.
- I have good interpersonal and communication skills to means I can build a strong relationship with multidisciplinary team.
- I am calm and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment because I am a fast learner.
- I want to work in this company and develop myself professionally to be an asset for the company.
