[WinError 126] Error
While I was training in a course I tried to import a library dependent on pytorch and I've encountered a problem when I tried to call that library.
OSError: [WinError 126] The specified module could not be found. Error loading "c:\Users\-----\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python312\Lib\site-packages\torch\lib\fbgemm.dll" or one of its dependencies.
Tried many different solutions from forums, and AI based help. nothing happened until I've encountered a video about solution.
I am posting it here in case if any one may need some answers about this problem.
