Jupyter notebook not running

I installed anaconda, but when I try to run J. notebooks I get an error message (ending with "ssl.SSLError: not enough data: cadata does not contain a certificate (_ssl.c:4020)")

Tried troubleshooting with chatGPT, but to no avail (Update OpenSSL and Install certifi, manually update and configure ssl certificates, Adding Anaconda to the PATH Environment Variable on Windows, reinstall anaconda...).

Has anyone had this issue? If so how did you fix it?
