Having a Bit of Trouble Getting Started

I know I'm making some progress learning Python but it seems that there are so many courses available. I get started on one of them and I seem to get lost and then pick up with another beginners course. Maybe its me but can anyone recommend a course that might be easier to stick with or maybe there is some study methods that you feel might help? Thanks for your help.
