Challenges with Content Creation GPT Bot

Hello all, I'm working on a content creation GPT bot project for a client's product review website. I am facing challenges with ensuring the GPT strictly follows detailed instructions and effectively uses a knowledge base of 12 files. The goal is to generate consistent and high-quality content following the structure of their previous articles. We're considering Langchain, Assistants API, RAG, fine-tuning GPT 3.5, and Flowise as potential solutions but need guidance on the best approach to achieve strict compliance with instructions and ensure proper knowledge base files utilization. Also, advice on training the model for consistent tone and style based off of a file/document for the tone & output.
