Best way to build a secure chat? - Opinions please

Hi All,

I'm doing a project where I'm building a secure ChatGPT using an Azure Private Cloud Server, but it has been slow and expensive. Is there a better way? Would really love your thoughts.

I need it to be essentially a "black boxed" ChatGPT or Claude - self contained, but accessible from multiple people online.

How would you solve this one?
