Best Chatbot Platform for Automating Employee Support?

Hey everyone!

I'm working on a project to improve employee satisfaction by providing quick and accurate support for HR, IT, procedures, and best practices. The idea is to:

Automate IT ticket management to reduce the human support workload.
Make onboarding easier with an interactive assistant that centralizes key info.
Handle frequent questions automatically to lighten the support team's load.
Speed up response times for common HR/IT requests.

The use cases include answering FAQs like password resets, software installations, leave requests, and more. The chatbot would be deployed on a company's extranet and use a knowledge base from a FAQ and PDF documentation.

There are so many platforms out there (Botpress, Voiceflow, Flowise, Dify...) and I'm not sure where to start.

Any recommendations on the best chatbot platform for this kind of project?
