AI chat bot for my WhatsApp business

I have a small boutique hotel and would like to experiment with embedding pricing and room availability data that is available through the backend or customer facing side of my website. Most clients come through Meta services and thus it would make sense for my AI to be available there. What I am trying to understand is could this be done for clients asking me questions coming through from meta's platforms?

Therefore having an ai that through basic website search or through an API query my website pricing and availability and give clients an answer when they speak to me through any meta product.
