I put this group together because I didn’t have something like this when I started buying real estate. Over time, I got my broker license so I could work with more people and have a more direct impact. This is just a place to see how people are actually doing deals, what’s working, and what’s not. If we can learn from each other and help each other make better decisions, then this group is doing its job. If you’re here, share what you’re trying to do, I’m curious 🧐 — Dario

Hi! I’m new here.
Is this a good deal to buy $500k 3BR/2bath in La Cantera area?
“Collect rent. Fix stuff. Done.”
That’s maybe… 20% of the job. The real work happens in the gray areas: - When a tenant reports a leak during a storm and no one knows if it’s real or urgent - When a repair turns into “who’s responsible?” (tenant vs owner vs city) - When a $200 issue turns into a $2,000 mistake because it wasn’t handled right - When communication breaks down and now emotions are involved

Welcome, glad you’re here
I’m not gonna make this some big polished intro. I started this community because I wish I had something like this when I was coming up. Something real. Not just “close more deals” or “mindset talk”…but actual behind-the-scenes of what this business looks like day to day. I’m a broker here in San Antonio, running sales + building a property management company at the same time. Still in it. Still figuring things out. Still growing. In here I’ll be sharing: - Real deals I’m working on - Mistakes (there’s a lot of those) - What’s working / what’s not - How I’m trying to build something that actually lasts If you’re here early... I appreciate you. Drop a comment and tell me :👉 what got you into real estate?
