Open (Lower Guard) “When did you sign up to the gym?” or "Have you been a part of another gym?" “Would it be okay if I asked a few questions to understand your situation better?” 2. Struggles (Surface the Problem) “What have you struggled with the most?” “What’s been the most frustrating part?” 3. Goals (Define the Outcome) “What would life look like if you accomplished your goals?” 4. Gap (Why It’s Not Happening) “Why hasn’t that happened yet?” “What’s been getting in the way?” 5. Emotional Hook (MOST IMPORTANT) “Why is now the time to change it?” “How does this affect your day-to-day?” “If nothing changes, where will you be in 6 months?” 👉 Let them talk👉 Don’t interrupt👉 Don’t fix yet 🔷 Transition: “Based on what you told me… let me show you what I’d recommend.” 🔷 Recommendation “This isn’t about living in the gym.” “It’s about having a system that fits your life instead of competing with it.” “Two structured sessions. Clear direction outside of that.
