I don’t know about you all, but I am not playing next year!
There have been a few stretches and mobility goals I’ve been wanting to achieve for awhile. And not just to have it, but to be able to execute some moves only achievable after earning the flexibility.
The middles splits is definitely one of them. These hips need it!
