Guys have you ever jumped on the trampoline and left in an unhappy mood. I’m willing to bet you haven’t because it’s nearly impossible to after spending some time on a trampoline and last weekend at Eudemonia I got to experience that.
On top of feeling good there was also another factor that sold me. The immense amount of effort you have to put into engaging your pelvic floor, which strengthens your core and helps you stand upright and also holds you up during your turns with ease. Because our core is responsible for all of our movement. It always excites me when I come across something that feels cardio based and hits that particular area because I’ll get multiple reps in during a class 45 minutes to an hour long.
So if you have a studio that has mini trampoline classes, I would highly encourage you to take the class and just get that understanding of what it feels like to engage the pelvic floor area. You’re guaranteed to have felt it because you are dancers and you’re aware of your body which makes it easier for you to start applying the new skill when you’re dancing.
Anywho, I hope your week is going by gracefully.
