Confidence isnāt clean counts, itās presence. Itās showing up and letting yourself be seen. I leaned into that today, playing with movement and the editing because the vibe called for it. When I allow myself to fall into creativity like that, it feels like a reset.
And thatās important to remember, not every day has to be serious. Joy and creativity are part of the training too.
