The Joy That Only Jesus Can Give

True happiness begins when our hearts find rest in Jesus.
Psalm 4:7 reminds us that joy rooted in God outlasts the pleasures of success or abundance. The joy of the world fades; the joy of the Lord transforms.
Psalm 84:2 captures the longing of a soul that knows where real peace dwells in His presence. Our hearts cry out because deep within us, we were created for communion with the living God.
Proverbs 16:15 paints a picture of divine favor like refreshing rain after drought. When we walk in the light of Christ’s approval, we experience renewal, hope, and spiritual vitality.
Happiness in Jesus isn’t about escaping hardship; it’s about learning to rejoice even in it, knowing His presence never leaves us.

Don’t ask for anything just whisper, “Lord, You are my joy.”
Let your heart breathe in His presence.

Lord Jesus, fill my heart with Your joy not the kind the world gives, but the kind that endures through every season.
Teach me to seek Your presence more than possessions, Your favor more than fleeting praise.
