"Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.” Romans 4:3
Faith isn’t earned by flawless performance it’s born from trust. Abraham reminds us that righteousness is received, not achieved. When we stop trying to prove our worth and start walking in belief, God fills the gaps our works never could.
Reflection — My Real Talk
Where am I still trying to earn God’s favor?
Finances. When bills stack up at month’s end, I panic. But when the noise settles, I remember: God has never let me go hungry or without shelter. He’s been there, and often the answer is already in my hands I’m just too worried to see it.
How does my faith show when results are delayed?
I’m weak. Anxiety and doubt creep in. It feels terrible. But naming it is step one choosing trust is step two.
💪 Virtue in Action
Practice obedient faith this week act as if God’s word is already fulfilled, even before you see the outcome. That’s the faith that moves mountains and builds men.
