I Think the horizon sits nicely in the upper third, and the tree occupies a strong visual anchor on the right third. The curved shoreline leads your eye from the bottom right toward the centre, creating natural flow. The open, uncluttered left side complements the detail-rich right side, balancing simplicity and interest.
