Reta update
The last week has been interesting. I planned to eat super healthy while using the Reta/CJC blend on top of my TRT. It started out great, felt great, cut fat quick, but last week I was really drained. I've been working on a massive project, 18hrs a day in front of the computer most days, waking up in the middle of the night with an idea and working a few hours etc. So the mental drain has taken its toll. My buddy sent me a really good youtube video by a Dr talking about men on TRT and Reta, and how important it is to eat carbs. I was trying to stay on a low carb diet, but he explained how the combo of TRT and Reta means that is a bad idea, the body needs glucose more so in that scenario than it would otherwise. I increased my carb intake significantly and the results have been great! Im looking much leaner and my energy is back! I'll do a weigh in and update you guys on progress soon! Carbs aren't always the enemy.
Storage
Hi everyone!! How do you store your powers for long term storage? I've been freezing in a dark case made for this purpose with the moisture packets. Advice...if allowed?
Peptide R - Retatrutide & Weight Loss — Quick Breakdown
Retatrutide is a next-generation triple incretin agonist being studied for body-weight reduction and metabolic control. It targets GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors, which may explain why some users report stronger appetite suppression and faster weight changes compared to single-pathway approaches. What stands out: - Appetite regulation: Reduced hunger and fewer food cravings - Energy balance: The glucagon component may increase energy expenditure in some people - Consistency: Many report steadier weekly weight trends rather than sharp drops - Tolerance: GI effects can occur early; responses vary widely by individual This isn’t advice—just an overview of why retatrutide is getting attention in weight-loss discussions. Discussion: Have you noticed differences in appetite control or weight trend compared to other incretin-based options? Why “More” Usually Backfires
Most stalls come from adding, not subtracting. Before adding anything new, do you: - Audit what you’re already doing? - Or stack on top and hope? 👇 Comment: - “I audit first” - or “I usually add”
Cycle Update
Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend! This is my 7 day cutting cycle update. I use a Hume scale that monitors body composition, in past comparisons it has proven just as accurate, or even better than the body composition tools at local gyms. This doesn't mean its 100%, but, it is close enough for these purposes. I started the cutting cycle on Sunday of last week. I'm running Retatrutide, CJC1295, SLU-PP-332 and added in 5-Amino on Thursday. Dosing is as follows: - Reta - Started at 500mcg 2x per week. Upped that to 1mg 2x per week on my second injection (Wednesday) - CJC-1295 Started at 250mcg 2x per week. I mixed it with the reta, so I'm now at 500mcg 2x per week - SLU 250mcg daily - 5-Amino 50mg 2x per day The first time I took Reta 500mcg 2x per week killed my appetite - too much. The addition of CJC was in part to help with this, and to help preserve muscle while cutting. At the 1mg (Reta) and 500mch (CJC) 2x per week dose, I have enough appetite to eat when I need to, but no desire to snack, and I dont feel hungry. The results so far have truly blown my mind. I will say, these should not be expected results for everyone. I have been in the gym on a regular basis for over 20 years and have gone through a number of cut/bulk cycles, so perhaps my body is adjusted to that, and that is why I am seeing these results. Also of note. Over the years I have tried about every Anabolic related to building muscle and cutting. The most potent was of course Tren. It did a wonderful job during a recomp, but not at this rate, and it did have some negative side effects. Stats: Starting Sunday 1-25-2026 Currently 2-2-2026 - Weight: 199.7 - Now - 196.0 - Overall Bodyfat: 19.5% - Now - 16.9% - Lean Mass: 150.2 lbs - Now - 152.5 lbs - SubQ Fat Mass: 33.2 lbs - Now - 28.8 lbs - Visceral Fat Mass Index: 8 - Now - 7 - Skelatal Muscle Mass: 104.1 lbs - Now - 109.3 lbs - Metabolic rate: 1869 cal - Now - 1872 cal - Metabolic age is flatline at 27 years old - Currently a bit dehydrated, which probably accounts for the weight discrepancy
