Happy Fathers Day!
Today is Father's Day. Here's what I actually want Tampa Bay dads to hear. Not the card version. The real version. Being a father of six while building multiple things at once means I spend a lot of time in the gap between the dad I want to be and the dad I actually show up as on any given day. Some days the gap is small. Some days it's wide enough to bother me. What I've learned - slowly, and not always gracefully - is that the gap isn't the problem. Pretending it doesn't exist is. The dads I respect most in Tampa Bay aren't the ones who have it figured out. They're the ones who keep showing up even when they don't. Who come back after the long day. Who say sorry when they got it wrong. Who build things not just for themselves but for the kids watching them do it. That's what Dad Skool is for. Not to make perfect fathers. To make sure Tampa Bay dads don't disappear into their work, their stress, or their silence without a community around them. Happy Father's Day to every dad out there doing the work - even on the days it doesn't feel like enough.

The Code of the DireWolf [IMPORTANT READ]
Heyo Daddios, Three things this week. First: We made it! Our story is in a REAL magazine (I have copies). This isn't just press - it's proof that what we're building matters. Read it. Share it. Send it to every dad you know who's tired of doing this alone. If you've got a friend looking for a Pack to join, this is your chance to bring them in. Second: Do you know the story of the Dire Wolf? Did you know it was believed to be extinct... until they resurfaced in 2025? Kind of like real men, real fathers - we are starting to re-emerge into Society. No more Homer Simpson 💩 or Dads portrayed the resident clown-of-the-family stuff for us. Some of us have spent the last few weeks on the calls discussing amongst ourselves what it should mean to be part of this group. Not every door is meant to open for everybody. You will have to earn respect here in this thing of ours. So we developed our story, our mission statement, and our code of conduct—and we want you to read them. Really read them. Then tell us what you think. Read our Credo. The Dire Wolf. It isn't just our mascot—it's who we're becoming, the biggest and baddest (daddest) of Wolves that ever existed. 80 Dads at Kanye, Game Night Friday + Spider-Man Movie Night + The Fashion Show is Happening 🐺🎉
Where do I even start. Let's get into it. **First: 80+ dads saw Kanye.** Yeah. Eighty. One of our Dad Skool Dads came through with a bunch of tickets and just... gave them to the Pack. That's the kind of thing that happens when you build real community. One of our newer guys even got to bring his son for his birthday. Look, this is a dad event - but it's a kid's birthday.
