This week was about noticing movement freedom and body tightness. What has this week's awareness taught you about your daily patterns when it come to mobility and flexibility? Did it even cross your mind? lol ๐Ÿ˜‚
No worries it not, this is a place of practice for that reason. Awareness is the first step. Aside from that, one common pattern when it comes to stretching, is only doing it when something hurts or is so obviously tight that it cannot be ignored. You don't have to stretch everyday like an Olympic gymnast but a couple quick motions and holds can make a significant difference.
Remember, stillness accumulates quietly
