Family,
Letās start with a truth we donāt hear enough:š Failure isnāt the opposite of successāitās the raw material success is built from.
Every time we stumble, we gain something: experience. And that experienceāif we keep learning from itābecomes the thread that eventually weaves into success.
The journey often looks messy, but those failures are what shape resilience, sharpen skills, and strengthen the vision needed to succeed.
Think about these modern stories:
- Elon Musk invested his last millions into Tesla when everyone told him it was doomed. The company nearly went bankrupt multiple times. Today, Tesla has redefined the auto industry and made him one of the wealthiest entrepreneurs alive.
- Sara Blakely, founder of Spanx, was selling fax machines door-to-door and facing rejection every day. She poured her savings into her crazy idea of āfootless pantyhose,ā and after countless ānoās,ā she built a billion-dollar companyāwithout outside investors.
- Steve Jobs was fired from Appleāthe very company he started. That āfailureā pushed him to build NeXT and Pixar, and when he returned to Apple years later, those experiences positioned him to lead Apple into becoming the most valuable company in the world.
- Jack Ma, founder of Alibaba, was rejected by Harvard 10 times, turned down by dozens of jobs (including KFC), and failed at multiple ventures before building one of the largest e-commerce platforms on earth.
None of them had a smooth ride. Each faced failure. Each heard voices telling them to quit. And yetāthey kept going. Today their stories inspire the world.
š” Hereās the key: Pioneers will always face resistanceāsometimes even from their own families and closest circles. Why? Because youāre building something that has never been seen before in your family line. Youāre the first. Youāre the one breaking ground. That takes courage. That takes grit.
So if youāve felt like failure is piling upāremember this:
⨠Those āfailuresā are experiences.
⨠Those experiences are lessons.
⨠Those lessons are the foundation of your success.
š£ This Weekās Inner Circle Focus:
- Think about one āfailureā that actually taught you a powerful lesson. Write it down.
- Ask yourself: If I quit now, what legacy will I leave? If I keep going, what could my legacy become?
- Look at the voices around youāare they pushing you forward or pulling you back? Choose which ones youāll listen to.
š Iād love to hear from you: Have you felt the same wayālike youāre facing failures or discouragement, even from family? How have you handled it? Hit reply and share your experienceāweāll encourage each other on the journey.
š£ Reminder: Our next Inner Circle Zoom Meeting is this Wednesday at the new time of 7:30pm AEST (Melbourne Timezone). Donāt miss itāweāll build on this teaching and share fresh breakthroughs together.
With you all the way,
