🚀 Build Your Membership – Inner Circle Strategy
Family, One of the most powerful ways to multiply your impact and income is by creating a membership program. A membership allows you to serve consistently, build a loyal community, and create recurring revenue while doing what you love. Here’s a simple framework you can follow: 1️⃣ Clarify the Transformation 👉 What problem do you solve and what outcome do your members walk away with? 2️⃣ Create Two Levels - Core Tier ($20–$50/month): Affordable entry, community + regular value (weekly tips, monthly calls, resources). - Premium Tier ($100+ /month): Higher-touch coaching, access, accountability, masterminds, or workshops. 3️⃣ Content Rhythm (Keep it simple) - Weekly: Short value drops (video, PDF, recipe, tip, or story). - Monthly: Live Zoom/Q&A or workshop. - Quarterly: A challenge or bonus event to energize members. 💡 Examples from Our Inner Circle Coaches - Coach Rubika (Cakes + Empowerment): “Bake & Believe” – cake demos + women’s empowerment workshops. - Coach Hana (Financial Literacy): “Money Mastery Hub” – monthly money lessons + premium small-business financial coaching. - Reazhan (Nutrition): “Nourish365” – biweekly live nutrition demos + meal plans, with premium coaching for tailored plans. - Shamim (Handwriting & Therapy): “Script to Self” – handwriting workshops + deeper grapho-therapy for self-discovery. 🎯 Your Action Step Write out your Membership Vision Statement this week: “I help [who] go from [current struggle] to [desired result] in [timeframe] with [method].” Example: “I help busy women go from stressed and tired to confident and energized in 90 days with simple nutrition routines.” 🔥 Imagine what happens when even 20 people join your membership at $30/month — that’s $600 recurring income. Scale that to 100 members and you’re at $3,000/month while impacting lives consistently. Let’s build memberships that multiply purpose, impact, and income. — Rueben & the CYPAcademy Team
THE GREATEST ENEMY OF SUCCESS IS SUCCESS
I’ve learned something crucial about success: it’s dangerous. Comfort kills growth. Stephen Elop, in his final moments as Nokia’s CEO, put it bluntly: leadership is not about titles—it’s about managing change and leaving a legacy. He said, “We didn’t do anything wrong, but somehow, we lost.” That’s the hard truth: you don’t have to do anything to fail, but you must act to endure. Nokia was unstoppable once—synonymous with reliability, durability, and trust. Yet when the smartphone revolution came, it hesitated. Touchscreens, apps, and ecosystems reshaped the market. Nokia bet on the wrong horse: Windows Phone. Meanwhile, Apple, Samsung, and Google surged ahead, rewriting the rules. Comfort had trapped Nokia in its own success. This isn’t just Nokia. Kodak ignored digital photography. Blockbuster dismissed streaming. BlackBerry clung to buttons while the world moved to touchscreens. All of them fell—not because they lacked talent, but because they rested on past victories. The lesson is clear: leadership is not about how much you create today—it’s about how much you leave behind. You grow in private, but you must act boldly in public. Agility, vision, and courage are the currency of lasting influence. Success is fragile. Resting on laurels is the fastest path to irrelevance. The world won’t wait, and neither should you. If you want to lead, you must move first, adapt faster, and leave a legacy that outlives your comfort. ©️ Ayobami Francis
