2026 can be your season of completion.
2026: Accelerated Growth — in Rest, Alignment, and Fullness. A season to complete what was started, dreamed of and spoken out. As we step into this new year, I want to name the kind of growth we’re leaning into together. Not hustle growth. Not burnout growth. But accelerated, completed growth that flows from rest. 2026 is about the fullness of what has already been planted finally rising to a higher level. It looks like: - Books written and published — ideas no longer staying inside us - AI embraced wisely — to multiply wealth, time, and impact - Revenue becoming more passive — so family gets our best, not our leftovers - Health as a priority — the table everything else is built on - Identity and spiritual connection as our foundation — the legs that hold the table steady - And much more… When the foundation is strong, the table can carry more. This is a year where: - growth doesn’t fight rest - faith fuels strategy - systems replace striving - and alignment produces acceleration So here’s the invitation as we begin the year together: What area of your life is ready to move into accelerated growth — without losing rest? One area. One focus. One intentional shift. Drop a word, a sentence, or a reflection below 👇 Let’s build 2026 together — steady, grounded, and full. We’re not rushing into the future. We’re rising into fullness.
2026 can be your season of completion.

THE GREATEST ENEMY OF SUCCESS IS SUCCESS
I’ve learned something crucial about success: it’s dangerous. Comfort kills growth. Stephen Elop, in his final moments as Nokia’s CEO, put it bluntly: leadership is not about titles—it’s about managing change and leaving a legacy. He said, “We didn’t do anything wrong, but somehow, we lost.” That’s the hard truth: you don’t have to do anything to fail, but you must act to endure. Nokia was unstoppable once—synonymous with reliability, durability, and trust. Yet when the smartphone revolution came, it hesitated. Touchscreens, apps, and ecosystems reshaped the market. Nokia bet on the wrong horse: Windows Phone. Meanwhile, Apple, Samsung, and Google surged ahead, rewriting the rules. Comfort had trapped Nokia in its own success. This isn’t just Nokia. Kodak ignored digital photography. Blockbuster dismissed streaming. BlackBerry clung to buttons while the world moved to touchscreens. All of them fell—not because they lacked talent, but because they rested on past victories. The lesson is clear: leadership is not about how much you create today—it’s about how much you leave behind. You grow in private, but you must act boldly in public. Agility, vision, and courage are the currency of lasting influence. Success is fragile. Resting on laurels is the fastest path to irrelevance. The world won’t wait, and neither should you. If you want to lead, you must move first, adapt faster, and leave a legacy that outlives your comfort. ©️ Ayobami Francis

Leadership Mindset Matrix
If you have vision without control → you create chaos. If you have control without vision → you manage tasks, not progress. If you have neither → you react to life. But when you have both → you lead. What category do you identify with and who do you need to become to be fully successful in your business and venture? source: FB
