The same pearls that looked HUGE on my newborn-baby ears are still with me today, almost 29 years later. Do you realize the power and energy they hold??

In a world where fast fashion and cheap jewelry are the center of our very short attention spans, I love that I can say I’ve spent my entire life wearing the same jewelry.

I do this for a few reasons:

I believe it’s a powerful protection source. Like, my face and features and every cell of my body has changed since I was first born, but these earrings have remained the same, serving as a beacon to the spirits that protect me, signaling to them that I’m here and I’m the same person they began protecting back then.

2. It makes me feel connected to my child-self. I carry her close to my heart every single day.
