Reincarnation anyone?
I personally believe in reincarnation, karma and soul contracts. I've been pregnant 7 times and only have 1 child. I'll let you do the math there. My healing journey started a decade ago and despite doing therapy and EFT Tapping there always seemed a bit missing especially the questions 'Why? Why me?' This book really helped with that perspective as it talks about people remembering pre birth memories, how children choose their parents and reasons for loss and delay. Honestly now that I look at my life from a bird view point perspective I can tell that each pregnancy and each soul that came to visit taught me something or offered me something. There was a reason why their visit was fleeting. And there was a reason why my son was born during covid too. For anyone looking some comfort definitely recommend it. I've not read it all but I read the stories that resonated the most and that was enough. ❤️
Reincarnation anyone?
Why does it feel so impossible TO ME.
My mother had me at 29. She and my dad were not in a good place when I was conceived. The day of my conception was actually a HUGE exception. So my mum knows the exact date: August 28th. This means I was born after my mum had sex ONCE! This same thing happened to a cousin of mine recently. ONCE, DAMNIT! I lead a community of women who seek to get pregnant. I'm the one up there telling them "don't focus on other people's pregnancies and how you haven't gotten it yet! Prepare yourself to receive and honor your process!". Now, I SWEAR that is what I genuinely believe and I strive to live up to it. But I'm turning 29 in 2 months... And I'm nervous... I have been open to a pregnancy (by this I mean having sex in my fertile window without protection) since April 2025. Granted, we haven't gotten pregnant because my partner's sperm is not good (woops) so it's kind of comforting to know ✌️✌️I'm not the problem✌️✌️ (those were quotation marks, btw) but.... I do have endometriosis, which basically adds about 37572389572 different reasons why, even with good sperm, getting pregnant might be difficult... It's not that I feel my time is running out, because I know I still have 6 whole years until I'm 35 and even then you can still get pregnant! But my mum had me at 29. Now, this is not something I often talk about, mainly because it's really painful, but I don't really have a relationship with my mother. I did once, and I miss it desperately. And I guess a part of me always dreamed or hoped that our stories would be similar, that I would be a mama by the time I was 29. But here I am 2 months away from 29 and I'm not even sure my partner's sperm is up to the task yet. I'm not in a rush to get pregnant. My children will come into my life when they're ready to do so. One way or another, I was born to be a mama. Sometimes I just need to take a pause and let myself grieve over my own expectations. And I'm glad we now have a space to do so. Thank you for being here❤️‍🩹

@Cata Undurraga The cosmic Craddle contains various interviews about conception, birthing and pre birth experiences. There are people who remember either pre birth experiences, conception or they've experienced miscarriages and even abortions. This is actually research put together in a readable format. It's pretty fascinating how each event and each soul had a purpose even if it didn't seem like it at a time. Gladys McGarey is mentioned in the book too. I'd say anyone who has had either miscarriage, abortion or is struggling to conceive would benefit from reading Cosmic Cradle even if to find a purpose in the suffering - which can ease the hurt for it's not been for naught. (apologies I was watching Bridgerton over the weekend so the use of my words seems may be a tad old fashioned 😅)

@Cata Undurraga yes I'll add it just now :)
Pictures of 🐱
Omg I just found the pictures of female parts in the classroom and it's just so interesting to see that. Also, is it just me or does the cervix looks like penis????

@Cata Undurraga I've kept hearing we have the same parts just didn't realise HOW close they are. It's definitely cool such projects exist 😊
Time to make a decision! (I need your help!)
Hello everyone!! I want to know what YOU want me to create first! Cycle Circle is a replica of my Spanish Community: CicloVida. And now I'm creating everything I have there, in here, from scratch. So I want to know what you're most interested in so I can make what you actually want!! Option 1) I will start with my star course: hormonatural. A step by step course where you will learn how to register, chart and analyze your Cycle AND how to use it as a health evaluation tool. This course comes with activity sheets! Option 2) I will start with the Mini Training Menstrual Courses! These are short, practical courses that help you solve specific problems using your Cycle. For example: how to use your Cycle to succeed in your business, to tap into your intuition, to plan your training sessions and even to increase your sex drive! These courses come with one workbook each! I will end up making all of this anyway! But I want to know what you want me to start with so I can focus all my energy on that. Also feel free to comment anything you want to add! (Like if you're particularly interested in a specific mini training course, for example). Thank you so much! 💖

walking walking walking is my favourite. Sometimes I think it's quite meditating even - love it even more when it's sunny and birds are singing
